MEET YOUR TRAINER

Hi! I’m Kayne


I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years and am certified with a Certificate III in Fitness and Nutrition and Certificate IV in Fitness and Nutrition. Growing up I played a lot of Rugby League. At 17, I played for an elite grade. An NRL season is gruelling and demanding, physically and mentally. This taught me an understanding of how the body and mind can be pushed. These years of training taught me training discipline, fitness conditioning and human movement techniques I have kept for life. 


Throughout my career I have suffered a lot of injuries; including torn ligaments and hamstrings, broken bones and a shoulder reconstruction. This led to me being in the gym more often than not, which is where I found my love for lifting weights and creating diet plans that fast tracked my recovery. This is how I discovered my love for the gym, creating nutrition and training plans and helped me make a career out of helping people to achieve their goals.


I am grateful to have the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with clients all over the world. My top achievement was my unforgettable NRL debut, my son and my business. My long term goal is to keep helping people globally to reach their full potential and scale my business further.
